A Harris Consulting provides in-person and telehealth therapy treatment through individual, family and group counseling. We offer services for teens and adults struggling with mental health or substance-related issues. Our practices works with you to provide therapy to support a healthy mind. Our area of expertise is in treating issues related to substance use, including alcohol moderation, as well as women's issues, including Post-Partum Depression and Anxiety.
We are here to offer support and collaborate with you to find hope. Therapy is a journey to identify new insights and work on finding actionable solutions. We actively listen to get to know you, develop a clinical relationship and address your unique needs while in a safe and comfortable setting. We work together to create tangible tools to tackle complicated life issues.
Therapy is about supporting people on their journey and motivating them to make changes when necessary. We work collaboratively and encourage community connections to build strengths and increase long-term sustainable supports. We have experience working along the full continuum of care, including inpatient and outpatient settings and are knowledgeable of community resources when alternative treatment services are recommended.
